Governing Document

Act Big Live Small’s governing document is based on the Charitable Trusts: Model Trust Deed (GD2) with an estimated annual income of less than £5,000, no owned buildings or employees, and at the date of declaration (28 May 2024), is neither required to and does not intend to register with the Charity Commission.

On 23 May 2025 Act Big Live Small was recognised by Her Majesty's Customs and Revenue (HMRC) as a charitable trust for tax purposes, charities reference number ZD37274.

Trustees:

• David Zimmer (Term - until retirement).

• Esther Zimmer (Term - until retirement).

• Seth Kybird (Term - two years).

Act Big Live Small intends to act in the formal manner of a charity in order to be prepared should its charitable status change in future.

Funds raised are donated Save Elephant Foundation (SEF) - a registered Thai non-profit organisation.

• SEF’s Thai Government-issued registration number is Chor Mor 282.
